• Collection address and pincode, used to arrange home sample collection.
• Health information — the tests and plans you book, fasting/preparation responses, and any symptoms or history you share with our support team or consulting doctor.
• Payment information — processed by our payment gateway partners; we do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — browser type, pages visited, approximate location, and how you interact with the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies, used to remember your city, keep the site working, and understand how pages are used (see section 8).

Information generated by our Services

• Your diagnostic reports, result values and trend history, and notes from any doctor consultation you book with us.

Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to reports and personal data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to perform their role, and we run periodic security reviews of our systems and partner integrations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your information using industry-standard practices.
