Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to reports and personal data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to perform their role, and we run periodic security reviews of our systems and partner integrations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to safeguard your information using industry-standard practices.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal and health data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our Services, plus any additional period required by applicable medical record-keeping, tax, or regulatory obligations.
