Are your labs actually accredited?

Yes. Every partner lab in our network is NABL-accredited and ISO-certified, running two levels of internal quality control plus external proficiency testing. Every report is reviewed and signed off by a qualified MD pathologist before release — no auto-published results.

Which cities do you serve?

Do I get to speak to a doctor about my results?

Every checkup plan includes a free consultation with an MD physician who walks you through the report and tells you what, if anything, needs action. For individual tests you can add a consultation at any point from your report page.

How does home sample collection actually work?

Accepted Answer

You pick a 60-minute slot between 7 AM and 9 PM. A trained, background-verified phlebotomist arrives with a sealed single-use kit, collects the sample at your door, and it goes into temperature-controlled transport straight to the nearest NABL lab. You get an SMS the moment your sample is logged in.

Is home collection charged separately?

No. Home collection is free on every test and every plan, with no minimum order value and no hidden convenience fee. The price shown on the card is the price you pay.

Do I really need to fast before my test?

Accepted Answer

Only for some. Lipid profile and fasting glucose need 10–12 hours of fasting (water is fine and encouraged). CBC, thyroid, vitamin D and B12 need no fasting at all. Whatever you book, the fasting requirement is printed on your booking confirmation and our phlebotomist confirms it on the call the evening before.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes — free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot, from the confirmation link or by calling us. Cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

What should I do to prepare on the day of collection?

Keep any fasting requirement, stay hydrated with water if fasting isn’t required, and have a valid ID ready. Our phlebotomist will confirm your details and the tests being drawn before starting.

When will I get my report, and in what format?

Accepted Answer

Most reports are ready within 24 hours of collection; a few specialised panels take 48. You receive a digital smart report by WhatsApp and email — colour-coded against reference ranges, with plain-language notes and trend graphs comparing your previous results. A printed copy can be couriered on request.

I have a question about my report — who do I ask?

Select "Report query" in the subject field on our contact form, or WhatsApp us directly, and a member of our clinical team will follow up. Every checkup plan also includes a free doctor consultation to walk through results.

Can I compare my report with previous results?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your smart report includes trend graphs that plot your current values against past results for the same test, so you can see improvement or drift over time at a glance.

Are the prices shown final, or are there hidden charges?

The price shown on a test or plan card is the full price you pay — home collection, taxes and reporting are included. There is no separate collection fee or convenience charge added at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking, and cash or card on sample collection in select cities. Payment is confirmed before your slot is finalised.

How do refunds work if I cancel?

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your slot are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. If a sample cannot be processed due to a lab error, we also issue a full refund or a free re-collection, whichever you prefer.

Do you offer discounts on health checkup plans?

Yes — seasonal offers and plan-specific discounts are shown directly on the pricing card, with the discounted price and original MRP both displayed so the saving is clear.

What’s the difference between a single test and a health plan?

Accepted Answer

A single test measures one specific marker or panel (like a lipid profile). A health plan bundles multiple relevant tests — for example a Full Body Checkup — at a lower combined price, and typically includes a free doctor consultation to review the results together.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

Plans are organised by goal — general wellness, senior care, diabetes screening and more. If you’re unsure, our support team can recommend a plan based on your age, symptoms and health history over a quick call.

Can I customise a plan by adding or removing tests?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within most plans you can add relevant individual tests at checkout. If you need a fully custom panel, message our team and we’ll help you build one.

What happens to my health data?

It is encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to you and the pathologist reviewing it. We never sell, rent or share your data with insurers, employers or advertisers. You can request permanent deletion of your records at any time by writing to info@medivexalabs.com.

Who can see my test reports?

Accepted Answer

Only you and the reviewing pathologist by default. Reports are shared with a doctor only if you book a consultation, and are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Write to info@medivexalabs.com from your registered email requesting deletion. We’ll confirm your identity and permanently remove your personal data and reports, retaining only what’s legally required for medical record-keeping.
